The problem
The transaction is the weak point
Vehicle and asset transactions run on trust that no one can see. Title is unclear, finance surfaces late, and payouts move by phone and email while funds and paperwork run on different clocks.
Common situations
If the register is holding up your car
A registration can sit on the PPSR after a loan is paid out. Verexia is being built to identify what's there, confirm who holds it, and clear it — coordinating the discharge so your title comes back clean.
See how it will work →Buyers check the register before they commit. At launch, Verexia will confirm the asset's position so you know where you stand before you list.
Find out more →Verexia is being built to clear it: identify the interest, confirm its status, and see the discharge through — where a registration can be cleared, the service will do the clearing, not just the paperwork guidance.

Built to clear PPSR registrations
Verexia is being built not just to find registration problems, but to clear them — lodging discharges to remove finance interests and stale or incorrect registrations from the PPSR. What can be cleared depends on the specifics of each registration, so the position will be confirmed first, then the work done.
The discharge will be lodged against the registration to have the finance interest removed from the PPSR.
Interests left on the register after a loan is paid out — or recorded in error — cleared at the source.
What can be discharged depends on the registration and who holds it. The position will be confirmed first, then acted on.
How Verexia will work
Three steps, one protected outcome
Title, PPSR and ownership checked against the registers.
The security interest registered — or resolved with the party that holds it.
Title transfers clean, behind a record that stands up.
What we check
Every check, on the record
At launch, one check returns the position on the asset across the registers — not a partial view.
Every security interest currently registered against the asset
Registered owner verified against the party to the transaction
The secured party, the registration date and the current position
Whether the asset has been recorded as written off
Whether the asset is recorded as stolen on the register
State title records checked alongside the national register

What the record will look like
From passenger vehicles to heavy plant — these design examples show the record format Verexia is building: what a verified, registered and cleared asset will look like on file at launch.

Who it's for
Built for the parties who carry the risk
Verexia is being built to sit behind lenders, dealers and brokers — and the consumers on the other side of the deal.
Built so secured finance settles with proof the asset is clear before funds release.
For financial institutions →Designed for moving stock with title, payout and transfer in one place.
For financial institutions →Built to close deals without chasing registers, discharge letters and payout figures.
For financial institutions →Buy and sell with ownership that stands up, behind the people they deal with.

A system of record, hosted onshore
Verexia is being built as a system of record. Data stays in Australia, every action is written to an append-only audit log, and external access runs over TLS.
